Bridges Lighting Pros installs permanent LED outdoor lighting on homes and businesses across North Georgia, and handles the seasonal and one-night work around it — holiday lighting, landscape and patio lighting, café and bistro lighting, weddings and events. The company is owner-operated out of Loganville and covers Gwinnett, Walton, Fulton, Hall, Jackson, DeKalb and Clarke counties. Permanent lighting is the core of it. A slim aluminium channel runs the roofline, eaves and gables, colour-matched to your trim so it disappears in daylight. Inside it sit individually addressable RGB LEDs, wired back to a controller you run from your phone. Warm white on an ordinary Tuesday. Red and green from Thanksgiving to New Year. Orange in October, red and black on a Friday in the fall, pink in October if that is the cause you support, and dark when you want the house dark. It goes up once.
The maths on temporary Christmas lights is worse than most people admit. Every November you either climb a ladder onto a wet roof, or you pay someone to. Every January you do it again in the cold, and then a box of half-working strands goes into the attic to be untangled next year. That is a recurring cost and a recurring Saturday, forever, for six weeks of use.
A permanent system converts that into a single install. It also does something temporary lights never could — it works the other forty-six weeks of the year. Most of our customers run warm white as the default, which reads as landscape architecture rather than decoration, and treat colour as the occasional exception. The holidays end up being the smallest part of what the system does.
The homes here fall into a few buckets, and each one changes the install.
Newer subdivision traditionals — Suwanee, Buford, Hoschton, the growth ring generally. Simple gable and hip rooflines, fibre-cement or vinyl trim, consistent eave heights. These are the fastest, cleanest installs and they light beautifully because the geometry is regular.
Older Gwinnett and DeKalb ranches and split-levels — Snellville, Tucker, parts of Loganville. Lower rooflines, deeper eaves, sometimes aluminium fascia from the seventies. The channel still goes on, but the mounting and the runs need looking at rather than assuming.
Large-lot custom and estate homes — Milton, Johns Creek, north Alpharetta. Multiple roof planes, dormers, stone and brick returns, porticos. These are the jobs where design matters more than product, because lighting every plane on a complex roof makes it look like a runway rather than a house.
Historic and in-town — Roswell's historic district, Athens' older neighbourhoods, downtown Loganville. Older framing, sometimes review boards, often the best candidates for landscape uplighting instead of, or alongside, roofline work.
Mature hardwood cover across most of this area matters too. A heavily shaded front elevation needs a different approach from an open lot in a new subdivision, and that is the sort of thing you find out by standing in the yard at dusk.
Permanent systems can also be paired with concealed, weatherproof outdoor speakers on the same visit, which is worth knowing before the trenching and mounting work is already finished.

Under the lease program we own the lights, store them, and replace anything that has aged out. Nothing goes in your attic in January and nothing comes out tangled in November.
How it works
Rooflines, eave returns, dormers, gables, the trees you want lit and the power you already have. Design happens on site, because a satellite photo will not tell you where the soffit changes height.
Which runs get lit, what the channel colour will be, what the control app does, and what it costs. Most residential permanent installations run one to two days.
Track goes up, wiring goes out of sight, and then we sit down with you and the app — scenes, schedules, colours, holidays — until you can run it without calling us.
Service, warranty work and system additions afterwards. For holiday lighting, anything that goes out between install and December 23rd is handled within 24 hours.
Questions
It is quoted per property. Price is driven by linear feet of roofline, the number of separate roof planes being lit, height and access, and whether landscape lighting is included — so a single-storey ranch and a two-storey custom home are not close, and a square-foot estimate over the phone would be a guess. You get a written price after a free site visit, before anything is scheduled.

The named service areas are where most of the work is, but the coverage runs across Gwinnett, Walton, Fulton, Hall, Jackson, DeKalb and Clarke counties and does not stop neatly at a city line. Call and ask — if a job is outside what we can sensibly cover, we will say so rather than quote it.
Holiday lighting should be booked in October or early November; the calendar fills from the top and late bookings take what is left. Permanent lighting can be installed year-round, though autumn is the busiest stretch because people want it running before December. Weddings and events want four to six weeks, longer in peak season.
