Our holiday lighting works as a seasonal lease rather than a purchase. We design the display, install it, service it through the season, take it down starting January 1st, and store it. The lights belong to us, which means we replace what has aged out before it goes back on your house and nothing ever gets stored in your attic. Roofline runs, tree and branch wraps, shrub and landscape lighting, wreaths and garlands, and RGB colour-changing options are all on the table.

Most residential displays combine three or four of the following, and the mix is what makes one house look considered and another look like a kit.
Roofline runs. C9 or C7 bulbs clipped along the fascia and rakes, the backbone of a traditional display. Warm white reads elegant; red and green or red and white candy cane reads festive; the choice sets the tone for everything else.
Tree and branch wrapping. Trunk wraps and canopy lighting on the mature hardwoods that are everywhere in this part of Georgia. This is the single highest-impact addition on a wooded lot, and it is also the one homeowners almost never attempt themselves, for good reason.
Shrubs, beds and pathways. Mini lights through foundation planting and along walks. Fills the gap between the roofline and the ground so the front elevation does not float.
Wreaths, garland and accents. Doors, columns, porch rails, windows, mailboxes. The close-range detail that people see from the drive rather than the road.
RGB colour-changing. Remote-controlled colour and effects, for people who want to change the display through the season rather than set it once.
Design happens on a site visit — colours, which elements, how far the display extends, and what it costs. Installation is scheduled from October, and the sooner you book the more control you have over your install date. November bookings get what is left.
Through the season the display is maintained. If something goes out between installation and December 23rd, we respond within 24 hours, next business day. That window is deliberate: after the 23rd there is no useful repair to make, and before it there is no excuse for a dark section.
Takedown starts January 1st. Everything comes down, gets inspected and packed, and goes into our storage rather than yours.
Buying holiday lights looks cheaper in year one and stops looking cheaper in year three. Retail-grade strands degrade, and a set that goes into a Georgia attic for eleven months of heat cycling comes out worse than it went in. By the third season you are replacing sections mid-December, which is the worst possible time to be shopping for them.
Leasing moves that problem to us. We buy commercial-grade product, we store it properly, we retire it on our schedule instead of yours, and the display that goes up in November is in the condition you would want it to be. You are paying for a season of lighting rather than for a box of inventory.

That is not a sales line — installation crews have a finite number of days between the first week of October and the third week of December, and the good dates go first. Existing customers roll over, so a new booking in late November is competing for whatever is left.
If you are already thinking about it in August or September, book then. Nothing about an early booking costs more.
No. Under the lease program the lights are ours. We provide them, maintain them, replace what has aged out, and store them between seasons. You never purchase, untangle, test, or store a strand.
If you would rather we install lights you already own, that is a conversation we will have, but be aware that we cannot warranty product we did not supply and retail strands are the usual cause of a mid-season failure.
Call us. From the day of installation through December 23rd, service is included and we respond within 24 hours, next business day. A dark section on a display someone is paying for is our problem, not something you should be up a ladder fixing in December.
Takedown begins January 1st and runs through the month. We remove everything, inspect it as it comes off, and store it. You do not need to be home, and there is nothing left in your garage afterwards.
Earlier than most people plan for. The calendar fills from the top, and the last two weeks before Thanksgiving go first — those dates are usually gone well before the weather turns.
Booking early costs no more than booking late. It just gets you the install date you want rather than the one that is left, and on a lease programme it also means the product is allocated to your house rather than to somebody who called first.
Yes, and most do. Because the lights are ours rather than yours, changing the design between seasons is a conversation rather than a purchase — adding a tree wrap, extending along a wing, dropping an element that never looked right.
That is one of the practical advantages of leasing over buying. A bought display locks you into whatever was purchased the first year, and extending it means matching product that may no longer be made in the same colour temperature. Two slightly different whites on one roofline is very visible and almost impossible to fix afterwards.
Possibly. If you expect to pay for professional holiday lighting for several seasons running, a permanent LED system usually makes better financial sense and it does something a temporary display never will — it works the other forty-six weeks of the year, in warm white or in any colour, on a schedule.
The honest split: temporary lighting still wins for a traditional C9 bulb look, for tree wraps and greenery, and for anyone who only wants the house lit in December. Permanent lighting wins on cost over time and on year-round use. Many of our customers end up with both — a permanent roofline system, with temporary work on the trees and the porch in season.
